Munter Hitch

"Have you ever forgotten your belay/rappel device or felt that using it was too slow for shorter sections? Or was your rope so frozen you couldn’t get it through a device? A Munter solves all these problems."

These are the 10 items you must bring on every trip in case of an emergency situation.

Have you ever wanted to climb a rope with a rope? You can review prusiking or skim the information before actually doing it at an upcoming meeting.

Are you wondering what skills you've learned? This a spreadsheet that we try to keep as up to date as possible so you always know what you need to learn in order to go on all the trips you want.

Belaying

Belaying is a very important task in order to keep you climbing safe. You have to know how to belay so that your climber is safe if they fall.

Belay Escape

Belay escape is needed for multipitch as well as other bigger climbs you may want to go on in the future. If your climber is injured and you need to get out of the system safely to find help, you will use belay escape.

Crevasse Rescue

Crevasse rescue is needed for glacier climbs where there is a chance someone could fall into a crevasse. If someone in your group falls into a crevasse and they can't get themselves out, you will use crevasse rescue to pull them out.
